Big Fat Hair Headbands are sewn with a 5" wide band and they taper to a twist. They can be worn with the twist in the front or the back.
Every fabric varies in texture and elasticity and will fit slightly different. Each headband is uniquely tested and sized based on the fabric's characteristics and performance. The circumference of each headband is different based on that fabric's elasticity. We size them to fit the average head size of 22” and they are sized to fit on the looser side and not super tight. One-size-fits-all. Machine wash and dry.
Our headbands are sewn locally in Wisconsin and fabric patterns are hand-selected from fabric retailers in Minnesota. We produce in small batch quantities only and once a pattern is sold out, it is gone for good! Thank you for supporting our small business. All sales are final.

Use a string and measure from the base of your skull, up around behind your ears to your forehead. Then place it on a yardstick and check the measurement. We size our headbands to fit the average head size of 22”. If your head is larger or smaller, just know the headband may fit tighter or looser.
